Hussung Mechanical completed HVAC and Plumbing services for the Moxy/Distill Louisville boutique hotel project.  The project featured 315 guest rooms, 1 rooftop bar, 2 restaurants, and event venues.  The restoration of this historic storefront façade on Whisky row included 12 floors of new guest rooms. Total square footage is 200,000 sf.  This project was negotiated with Hunt Construction and was value engineered by Hussung Mechanical Contractors.  Critical to this project completing and opening ahead of schedule was Hussung’s use of their prefabrication shop.
