Hussung Mechanical completed HVAC, Plumbing, and Process design/build services for this new CBD manufacturing facility in Jeffersonville Indiana. This $80 million dollar facility is expected to process 5,000 tons of hemp annually. Chillers, cooling towers, and boilers were utilized for process utilities, and packaged HVAC roof top equipment for HVAC ventilation. Nitrogen and compressed air were other major process systems. 3D modeling played an extensive role in the success of this project mainly due to the project footprint being compressed. Hussung was able to use their prefabrication shop for the majority of the pipping on this project. This project was negotiated with Gray Construction.
