CAD Coordination

Our BIM Modeling capability allows us to identify conflicts between other trades, structure and architecture early in the life of a project which greatly reduces conflicts in the field during installation. Once coordination is complete we are able to instantly generate piping and plumbing spool drawings for our fabrication shops.

HMC is fully capable of complete building systems energy modeling using the latest versions of DOE approved software. This capability allows the ability to perform life cycle cost analysis for energy conservation strategies and LEED systems integration strategies.
